Everyone's so busy complaining about the Mythoclast that no one noticed the good things about the patch. AUTO RIFLES ARE NO LONGER KING. SHOTGUNS NO LONGER ONE HIT AT RIDICULOUS RANGES. SCOUT RIFLES ARE FINALLY VIABLE!!!
Edit: Just to be clear, I'm not saying AR's suck now. I'm just saying that they're no longer the absolute best.

Hey! Glad to see a positive topic. You're right, I'm very glad to see AR's taken down a notch, and SCR's feel much more powerful. Doesn't mean I agree with the whole patch, but I am happy with those portions. But honestly, I'd like to see them focus more on the PVE side of things. Let's see some re-tooling of the bounty system to make things interesting, varying up patrol missions, and hopefully some fun story missions when the DLC drops.

I don't even have Vex Mythoclast/Sorus(I use handcanons btw) but I feel bad for PvE players with those ARs cuz they earned them i mean sure they are strong as funk but if were talking about PvE it's a different story.. just because some whiny kid cry about on one specific gun n all ARs gonna get nerfed in both Pve n pvp like how similar exactly is pvp n pve -_-"

They're going to keep patching everything to satisfy the crybaby COD whores. Those same chumps will move on to another game and will have spoiled it for us who planned to stay with Destiny for a lot longer than they. And as Bungie succumbs more and more to their whining, more great customers will be lost. Keep patching Bungie and you will never see another penny of mine!

Ar's still do work though I might start using scouts if they're better now since I like playing the range game. But a/rs can still get.me 2.0kds

I still want a buff for burst rifles unless this patch helps stabalize that also

Shiiiiiit my Atheons still owns all. Changed a perk or two and it's good as new

The issue that no one seems to touch on is that ARs and shotguns are so widely used is because with the exception of Bastion and First Light the maps barely even reach out to mid range. ARS are "king" as you say because of the current state of the maps.
