Bad juju is a pulse rifle right?
Did it get that initial buff from today's patch or was it canceled out on a technicality it's an exotic?

People think it's crap and let me say it certainly feels underwhelming when you first get it. Put in the time to get the string of curses upgrade and it becomes something awesome and really fun, rewarding to those with a good shot.
