Are the stats on legendary gear from the vendors random?
I have read conflicting reports across the internet. I also haven't noticed from day to day. Do the base stats (int, str, disc)on legendary gear sold by gear vendors change? Do the attributes (reload speed, extra ammo, grenade throw distance, etc.) change from day to day? Or is the piece you see there one day going to be the piece you see there every day? I got several different queen's guard chests, but I don't know if the vendor's are the same? Basically I need to know if I should wait to see a piece I like before spending the marks...

I have witnessed the attribute #s change as well as the attributes themselves. It seems to be random if and when this happens. If this is not a glitch and is intentional, I can not understand the logic behind it. That being said, they don't seem to change drastically very often.

1 ReplyI would like to know this as well. I want to get a legendary rocket launcher, but both the Vanguard and Crucible quartermasters only have ones with solar damage, which I can already deal as a sungsinger and with my other weapons. I've waited about 2 weeks now and they still haven't changed.

4 RepliesThe weapons and armor the mark vendors sell won't change. The only way to find a different element or mods on it is pure RNG sadly.
