Find PvE fireteam within the game
It would be really nice to find a fireteam within the game. Perhaps a desk in the tower where players could open fireteams (Starting time, Mission type, Modifier, Number of players, Level of teambuddies, Mission time (time till teammates can quit if mission takes too long)) and pick a fireteam.

Yes this would be great. Or at least open the search feature to weekly heroic and nightfall strikes. Not all of us have a huge list of friends.
