Matchmaking
Why wouldn't you have a matchmaking option for every game mode? Even patrol is more fun with others... granted, you need to speak to these people... And those people trying to make friends are having a hard time partying up to do the essential tasks to exceed level 20, I know I had a lot of trouble. Now getting together 6 people willing to do a raid at once is nearly impossible... since there's like 7 of us now... with varying job hours... and lives. I really enjoy the raid, the weekly stuff, and harder difficulty missions................................................................. but getting a team together is an absolute headache, and is quite discouraging when I know there's more than a couple other people playing this game... completely out of my reach

4 RepliesI suggest forming parties with players who actually have the time and will power to finish these raids. I always get players wanting to raid. I spend a good 30 mins just picking up random players only to find them burned out and giving up after 1 hr. Its quite sad really. I for one am opposed to the matchmaking because it creates such a disorder in communication. Match made players don't bring mics and they are extremely hard to coordinate with. If you want to raid, then put some effort into getting a mic and actually try to make friends. Destiny is a social mmo. Raids are a challenge, not some generic game mode you can play to farm as a casual.
