Is there something wrong with using vehicles in pvp?
Some of my friends and I were playing the Iron Banner last night and not doing so well. Eventually we made it to the map "Meridian Bay, Mars" which has quite a few vehicles on it and therefore is a map I enjoy. When we spawned in I grabbed a pike and went work defending objectives and killing enemies. When I died I would continue fighting on foot, but if I found a vehicle (which I pretty much always did) I would take it and use it. We ended up winning the game and I had 20 kills with a 4.0 K/D. However right after the game ended I received a message that read "Wow lmao, you are so bad, you camped a vehicle the whole time, you are terrrrrrrrrrrible hahaha. Please quit this game" I read the message aloud to my friends and we all got a good laugh but I was wondering what other people think of this. I tend to do great with vehicles and in turn it will help my team win, so why wouldn't I use them? I admit that I use vehicles a little excessively but they are there for a reason, to be used. So does anyone one share this persons opinion that vehicles shouldn't be used excessively or does anyone think he was trolling and just angry that he lost?

Keep doing what you want. Play how you want. I hate being killed by players using a vehicle but it just makes me want to seek vengeance by finding them and give that player a bit of instant revenge kill. 😀 Nothing wrong with using them as they provide tacticle advantages as you said. Its just a bit sad that you got hate mail for playing the game in a different way to how the other player played and expected you to play. Were not all the same...variety is the spice of life and a good player will find ways to adapt and exploit vehicle weaknesses.
