Ever notice how RPG games are not played as an RPG? You may assume the roll of some epic Guardian or whatever, but no one ever acts out the part.. They just play the game. We should have a session every week where we all get together in the tower and maybe a mission, where it's required to be in character the whole time. Bring some RP back to the G.
