Just some thoughts about personal ship combat and how it could be used in Destiny. Ship combat in a crucible type setting would be so much fun. Or they could do a "VR" type machine in the tower where you could have a virtual duel with another guardian. Missions to protect colony ships or convoys from Hive raiders or Cabal attack ships could be amazing. Imagine going on a strike where the fireteam comes out of hyperspace and the view drops you into your cockpit. You are surrounded by Cabal carriers trying to board a civilian cargo vessel. As a team you must make your way through the debris and explosions to the docking bay. Once on board, clear the cargo ship of all Cabal raiders and their leader only to find out their goal was sabotage. Now run back through Hive or Fallen scavengers to return to your ship before the cargo vessel explodes. Once free the cargo ship explodes and you have a brief battle with any remaining scavengers then head to earth for a nap. When they did this in Halo it was amazing. Those missions were the most fun in the entire game. How about it? Do you think this is something Bungie will do?
