Exotic Faction Class Items
How do we obtain these items? They are in the Data Base, but I have yet to see them in game.

As far as items go unless you see or hear people using them they aren't available yet. Database lists a lot of stuff that is not currently available by any means such as the case with people wondering why exotic leg armor isn't dropping. It's in the game but not available to obtain by any given loot table
