what is the best exotic hand cannon?

I'm a hunter searching for the best hand cannon available. Anyone know which is the best? Edit: Thorn is pretty legit post patch and is my go to handcannon. I'm on 360 so I can't get Hawkmoom. Will it come to 360 eventually?

Mara Sov’s boulder holder

depends on your system. if its PS4 its hawkmoon but if XB1 its the last word. Hawkmoon is a PS4 times exclusive that i have yet to see in XB1
