DESTINY error: the use of user generated media is not allowed for your account
I have since those fine disturbance of Sony this afternoon no possibility to Destiny boot I get 2 messages: using the user generated media is not allowed for your account and use the chat and messaging functions of this application is not allowed for your account.
Looked at parental supervision, everything was good here, I also put my licenses renewed and my PS4 State as primary and yes it is my master account.

6 RepliesSpecialy thanks to!!: Get Wrecked http://www.bungie.net/en/Profile/254/4299487 Okay I did some fixes done and I have done it via google DNS, now it works is (temporarily) what you do to your ps4 internet connection and then connection status. make a graphic image below and then go to new internet setting. When you're there you go to manual and then enter the data of the graphic image below. at the last 2 options you enter at the first 8.8.8.4 Now in and at the 2nd run 8.8.8.8 you make it through the dns of google. It is equally a tijdeijke fix anyway. works like a charm i guess.

Having the same problem since the free weekend where we could play online without psn+ I don't have psn+ and someone tried to invite me to a destiny game on saturday. I think it might be more to do with PSN than Bungie because I can't see any of my friends online either? When I try to look at them from the PS4 menu it tells me The connection to the server has been lost. (CE-34861-2) None of this has ever happened to me before.

Been having this problem all morning. (10/16) I've had it in the past, but it would always sort itself out with a quick restart of Destiny. Not today. For the last 2 hours I've been getting this same message. It's like Destiny thinks I'm hacking or something. All I know is it's incredibly annoying and I missed out on a raid. It would be nice if someone would offer some support on the matter instead of repeatedly telling us to check our internet connection, router, etc.

Same 2 errors. It's locked me out of all dailies and crucible as a result. Can only do story mode.

6 RepliesSame problem here. After starting the game it gives me 2 errors, then (if i'm lucky) loads the game like i dont have ps+. Tried to solve it with different methods posted on this forum but all didn't work for me. Really frustrating!

Got the same error, but I don't think that it has anything to do with my ISPN. A friend of mine is close by ans also has upc as his service provider, and he gets no errors at all. I think it has to do with the link between psn servers and destiny servers/database.. Bungie, anny sugestions? Thnx

Got same errors once. I closed the application rebooted system and was fine. But not sure if it was luck!

Some friends of mine are playing Destiny online right now on this time. all of this related friendS have no UPC. People who have e.g. KPN can playing Destiny online.
