A little different perhaps than the other issue.
Yesterday, I finished the story campaign, and then I tried to get into a Strike Mission on the Moon, and was locked out. The common 'Requirements Not Met' script was at the top. It's the same for all Strike Missions, and the Crucible as well.
I Googled, and saw that a couple people suggested rebooting the box. Tried that...no luck. I've tried it a few times now. I've also noticed that the "Shrine of Oryx" mission has a 'resume' tag next to it. I've played it 3 times now at varying difficulties, and finished it. Still there. None of the other missions on the moon, or any of the other planets display this.
I have not been a regular Playstation Plus member, and am currently riding on a 30 day pass. I bought the game September 12th, so I should still have 10 days to go on my pass.
Any new suggestions?

Ok, just to follow up on this. Per mischieviousgod2's suggestion, I deleted the install, and then reinstalled. Went to the Moon, and....Shrine of Oryx still showed 'Resume/Restart.' Damnation! Played the thing for the umpteenth time, went to orbit, chose the Moon again as a destination, and finally, FINALLY got it to say 'Replay' instead. Strike Missions still locked out, though. FML. Went to the Playstation Store, and went through the rigmarole of buying a one month membership. Only one, because if this wasn't the issue, I didn't want to have 6 months for a game I wouldn't be playing all that much any longer. Checked out, got the 'You're already a Playstation Plus member, dumba**' message, and went on my way. Restarted the box again, blah blah blah, and now I can see/join the Strike Missions. In summary, somehow Destiny/Bungie/Sony forgot that I was a member.

Ok, you are not gonna like this but playstation 4 stores game data as cache data you might have to reinstall the game...
