wtf is going on
Wtf is going on destiny is definitely dying I have been playing all night and not a single guardian has crossed my path or even waved... Let me clarify this has only happened 1 time ( last night) also I play ps4...

1 ReplyThe population certainly isn't what it was. People are more likely splitting time with other games now. I know I am splitting time with hyrule warriors and shadow of mordor. Shadow of Mordor has a story which is a nice change of pace. It will continue to get worse as big games release like GTAV next gen, super smash, COD AW, etc. The game won't "die" necessarily, but its going to get more sparse. Its going to make those "cooperative" events more difficult to do as fewer people play.

25 RepliesOpen your eyes...stay away from the loot cave (it's closed) go to public events, go to the tower. The desperation attempt from those crying the game is dying is hilarious . Dying? So let's say some left to play Shadows of Mordor what affect did this have on Destiny? Absolutely nothing this isn't a sub based game you idiots people coming and going is the great part about this game after you purchase it you don't have to pay monthly for it! The only thing dying are the babies who have been crying, whining, and making shit up for almost a month now.

Console glitch. It happened to me as well. Nobody joined my strike. It was wierd. Quit the game and problem was solved.

1 Replyif you're playing on xb1 and you turn your xbox off whilst destiny is still running in the background... by turning off i mean the damn thing stays in standby mode forever.. there's a server glitch where it reloads your previous session so you'll be logged into an expired or updated server with the same protocols as your previous session, i had the problem myself. all you have to do is go to dashboard and quit destiny then reload it, if that doesn't sort it you have to completely power off the console (keep hold of the power button) and when you log back on the playlist/server info will be updated and you'll be put back in with the rest of the players :)

No. Destiny is still very well alive. You want a dead game? Look at GTA V. Riddled with game breaking bugs, money glitches, and modders. It's been about 2 months since the last update. They've told their beta testers (PS3 & 360) to 'F*** off' while they perfect PC, X1, and PS4.

1 ReplyNo, he's right. The game got really buggy sometime after midnight. It's still acting really weird, especially when I use Bladedancer. My character will not stop running to shoot or it'll shoot once then start running again or just stop shooting and stand there. Blink Strike wouldn't lunge plus, I saw what he was saying about no people playing. There was nobody on last night it seemed. Maybe 3 or 4 in the Tower and I didn't see but two people on any planet at the same time as me.

within 10 mins i counted 45 different guardians come and go on the moon. i even wrote the names down to make sure they were different due to the post you made. Its not dyeing you jsut have bad timing

4 Replieswell i had a time this week where the tower was literally completely empty.. e.g. i was the only one to be there.. i even have pictures to prove that (but im at work now, so maybe later) after logging out and loggin in again i got a session including other guardians..

There is no need to go at a boring patrole or other thinks, i just meet other players when i go to the tower or play pvp. There is just no reason for meeting them because you cant communicate with them...

13 RepliesI had this issue yesterday evening. I went to the tower and was the ONLY one there - weirdest experience of the game so far, even the purple ball/balloon thing wasn't there. So I quit the game proper, and restarted the machine. Logged in and there everyone was again, ball/balloon included. At the same time my level became zero when in orbit...fun times...Still more stable than a Windows Vista PC... Also - Why is that purple ball thing at the tower...I have to admit I have wasted 15-20 mins just moving it around the tower and trying to weave around people...

PSN had issues yesterday causing widespread outages for people in US and elsewhere. Some were still able to play.

Dying? lol, this is all anyone is playing, regardless of what people complain about they continue to play. Just look at peoples play time.

The idea is that the rest if civilization is wiped out by the darkness. So seeing a billion guardians at once might be a bit weird considering the circumstances.
