To start off, I'd like to say I love the UI for Destiny's armor grid. It's easy to use before a mission and usually doesn't need to be accessed during a game. However, the weapons grid I feel could be improved upon. For example, I love using the sniper rifle although there are times I need to quickly switch my sniper for a shotty. During the time it takes to press start, hover over my sniper, find my shotty, select it and slam on the B button, I've either almost died or I am hiding In a corner leaving teammates to fend for themselves... A humble suggestion would be (if I was to design this) to press and hold Y (or whichever button you use to switch weapons) at which time a list of your primary or secondary weapons (which ever you are currently using) pop up in your HUD. Also, leaving the screen mostly visible and not hidden by your character and a white screen. Then, you use the D pad to select your weapon, unpress Y and voila, quickly switch your loadout while saving precious time! What are your thoughts? You like it, don't you!
