[b]Attention Guardians![/b] [url=http://www.bungie.net/en/Clan/Detail/318057]Stardust Black[/url] is a brand-spanking new clan, recruiting mature players who strive for success, whether it be exterminating the legions of the Darkness or matching themselves against your fellow Guardians in the Crucible. [b][i]"Legends are carved across history by the brave."[/i][/b] We're currently looking for the following in our players: [u]Values[/u] - [b]Competitive Attitude:[/b] [i]"Be humble in victory, and gracious in defeat."[/i] One of the most important values we're looking for is this. The ability to take and dish out constructive criticism as well as the motivation to improve. - [b]Communication:[/b] [i]"You can change your world by changing your words... Remember, death and life are in the power of the tongue."[/i] Being able to communicate swiftly and easily with your Fireteam allows you to accomplish your goals even faster, which more often than not leads you to victory. Call-outs are extremely important, if not mandatory. - [b]Respect:[/b] [i]"Being brilliant is no great feat if you respect nothing."[/i] You may be the greatest Guardian the Light has ever known. That being said, without respect for your teammates, you will fail. There is no tolerance for disrespect; speak your mind, but do so with a clear head. Keep that in mind. [u]Archetypes[/u] - [b]Striker:[/b] [i]"Action and reaction, ebb and flow, trial and error, change - this is the rhythm of living."[/i] A striker's duty is to eradicate the opposition, making it difficult for the enemy to retaliate. They are the frontline in any Fireteam, dictating the pace of the match. - [b]Sentinel:[/b] [i]"Invincibility lies in the defense; the possibility of victory in the attack."[/i] Sentinels act in reaction. Following the Strikers, they hold positions providing close to mid-range fire in combat. Defending objectives is a vital role for them, but it isn't out of the ordinary to see them moving with Strikers to capture new zones. - [b]Support:[/b] [i]"You can do anything as long as you have the passion, the drive, the focus, and the support."[/i] Supports are the backbone of any Fireteam. In addition to providing long-range cover-fire, Supports watch enemy movements and relay that information to the rest of the Fireteam. Outside of these Values and Archetypes, there's many Guardians out there that fit somewhere in between. As long as you have something to offer, we'd be more than glad to have you. As mentioned prior, we are looking for mature players. Our preference is 18+, younger players will be considered provided they show a high level of maturity.
