Why are we being penalized for smart play? If we are running around with an arc fusion rifle to deal with pesky, blue shielded Fallen Captains, but then run into a horde of fire shielded wizards, we should not have our ammo count lowered for switching to a fire based fusion rifle. I understand the ammo penalty upon dying; that should not change. But we should not be penalized for adapting our load out to meet situational needs. Yes, the ammo count should change if you're switching weapon type (fusion rounds to shotgun shells), but since individual ammo types have been passed over for ammo class pickups, the switch should equate to the firepower we had based on percentage of rounds left to max capacity of selected weapon. Help us out here, Bungie!
