Man. It took me forever to clean out AC IV and Fallout 3. The more I read about what Destiny was supposed to be, the sadder I get. How is it we are missing SO much lore and back story? The grimoire is cool, but that's it? No real cut scenes at least explaining stuff? No insight to the fall of the Golden Age? I mean, I get holding back a lot of stuff for future content, but, I feel like there's no meat on the bone....
I love Destiny, don't get me wrong, but I really don't feel like this game reflects the time they say was invested. The locales are beautiful, yes, but I feel like it's barren also. Where's the small stuff to explore? Mini games and such? Hell, the tower should have vendors that are actually useful. What about mini game vendors in the tower? Vendors that sell books of lore about the past? Going out and slaying hordes of enemies is awesome, but so is a universe you can immerse yourself in.
Bungie, please put some meat on the table. I get that games haven't gone up in price in forever, while development costs have. DLC enables you to expand the universe and bring in revenue, I get it. I'm cool with it. You still should really consider putting more depth into things though.
