Why the outer-net is referred to as the outer-net.
Objectively I will admit that there is no such thing as the outer-net. However the term exists as most gamers will agree the outside world is no fun for us. Sure as long as we never brink up our guardians or controllers in front of "normals," we are A-OK. The minute that I bring up that I play video games in front of jocks or "normals" I get looked at like I admitted I sacrifice dolls to Satan ( Crowley doesn't give a rats ass about dolls, but I digress.) I hate that our current culture looks down on gamers as though we are a sin to society. You know what else was given this exact same view point when it first released? Movies. Are movies looked down on still? Sure, just not with the same ridicule as video games are now. Rant over. Although I'm sure people will continue this rant in the comments, I'd just like to know that I'm not the only one that feels this way.
