Events screwed me!
I did over 15 public events on the cosmodrome all gold tier rankings and not 1 single shard of reward at all, does this happen with anyone eise?

Check your weekly vanguard mark count. You can only get 100 per week. Resets every Tuesday. If you aren't getting marks you probably reached your limit for the week
