So are there any plans to fix the (at least two) glitched dead ghosts? While playing with friends we have found one in Ras-2 and other in Freehold dark room above the tvs. The only problem is that all three of us couldn't get them both. I know I haven't collected them, but neither show up for me. Also, the only way to know if you have them all is to look online and find out there are about 62 of them. 50 are required for the achievement. After you unlock that, its impossible to know what you still need. I'm just hoping they implement a progress bar somewhere so I can stop running around checking for a ghost I may not need.
