Basically we need to clear the cache, here's how:
1. Press and hold the power button on the front of the console until it shuts all the way down. (5-6 seconds)
2. Unplug the power cable from the wall and wait about a minute before plugging back in.
3. Power on and Game on!
This has worked for me and seriously, -blam!- those lizard squad sluts for raining on everyone's parade. If you weren't aware Destiny and other game titles were the target of a recent attack made by a no talent group of "hackers". It wasn't really even a hack. But anywho, share the love!

On the router enable UPnP, that should help. I had the same issues and have all the ports on the router necessary for xbox one and destiny. I still got the cattle error, but I enabled UPnP and notice yet another port needs to be open from WAN to LAN (DemonWare port 1200). Then I have had no problems
