I eagerly await those Cryptarch upgrades; the guaranteed Rare items and increased chance for Legendary items from Rare engrams, as well as guaranteed Legendary items from Legendary engrams; not to mention receiving Legendary engrams from Weekly Heroic Strikes and the Vanguard Tiger strikes. Bungie said it would be released this week; I assume this means 5:00 AM EST on Tuesday, when they update the Weekly Heroic & Nightfall strikes, as well as reset the weekly limit for Vanguard & Crucible marks. Please confirm.
