Did you do this on purpose Bungie?

I have been having a blast playing this game, getting weapons, shaders, armors and killing tons of crap and players. But the more people complain the more I actually look at what they are talking about and I never quite gave it thought till now. I have been trying to understand who is actually at fault and this whole ordeal is starting to wear on me. I do not understand where half a billion dollars went into this game, the customize character options are less than most free to play games and the skin textures look about the same as the Halo 2 cutscenes. The content was a lot shorter than it should have been. So few planets to explore, and the ones that we can go to have only one section of it available. Is Russia all there is to earth? Did mankind ever make it further into the Milkyway with our warp drives? Why are we limited on what we can wear yet they say we can make the character our own. I understand thats its NOT an MMO it has Attributes to one but we should have been given more options. Paint Jobs for our Speeders and Ships, not a bunch of pre-colored bikes with the same durability and speed. So far I have gotten 4 rare quality ships out of chests and three of them are Brown (same style as other ships but BROWN). Who in your staff decided that was a "Become Legend" worthy color. Costuming options to wear an armor piece but have it look like an armor we obtained earlier in our push to 20 but may actually like. Saints Row III and so many other games give a crap-ton of customization. I understand that businesses MUST make money and you sometimes cut corners where you can but y'all did a wonderful job on the sheer number of customizations on Halo: Reach, why couldn't you do the same for you new baby Destiny (Which cost you significantly more to make)? Couldn't you have unleashed all the content you had and then created more NEW content while we bathed in glorious combat against the current foes? You have so many people at your disposal to create and pump out new content every few months. I understand DLC is supposed to be additions the game that make it better later on but you shouldn't launch a game and in that package have DLC options off the bat. You should have launched the whole game and then waited a few months before hinting at DLC, not waving it at us the same day we are buying the game. That draws attention away from the world you created and a lot of people play the waiting game instead of focusing on what is currently out. I just want to know who decided to do this? Who decided to chop up a vast and interesting new universe into pieces to sell to us later? Was it the higher-ups in your company? Was it Activision strong-arming you into abandoning core content? From the great stuff you've done in the past I find it hard to believe a company full of gamers would leave Microsoft and go out on their own only to have another big corporation drive them into submission. Or did you do this on purpose, knowing what would happen? I am not going to give up on this game, not yet at least. It has so much potential to be great. I will defend you where you need defending and praise the good work you've done thus far but please don't sweep your bad decisions under the rug. Address them when I and other gamers point them out and learn from them. I voice this not just as a customer to your product, but as a gamer that is thus far enjoying the world you've made. I want your company to Become Legend as well. Don't let it fall into darkness >_<
