Can I get my money back
I just want to know if there is any way for me to get my money back for this game because all it has been doing is giving me network issues and this is the only game that does this on my system!

2 RepliesI had 5 days of centipede before bungie fixed the issue. Anyone buying an online game has to expect errors in the first few months it is unavoidable, when a developer is put under time constraints as well as budget. Stop acting like entitled little brat bastards, go outside interact wit b the world or he'll play a different game until your connection issues are addressed

Do you think that they upload servers onto the disk. If so you might want to take a step back in time to kindergarten and work your way up to highschool again. Bungie has fixed this issue. I had one day where I was interrupted. And Bungie flashed a message across the screen, (couldn't have missed it) that said "servers will be down due to maintenance from x pm until z pm on date A and B (not sure what time or days it was). I only had issue for one day and I just didn't play. That was on I think last week sometime. Haven't had a lick of issues in a few days. RANT COMPLETE lol 😀😀😀🙈🙉🙊.

EA refunded bf4 because of all the network issues. They even refunded the premium content which was download only. I'm sure that Activision/bungie will be in the same situation soon. Sad really.

Most if not all the issues with conection has to do with ISP limitations or router settings. Even console settings can screw it up. I have the same issue with Darksouls2 well...i had i should say. I opend some portso n my router and it fixed it. My friend also had the same issue with destiny but after opening up some ports he no longer gets DCed other then the LOVELY DDoS attck days. As for a refund, why not hold on to the game and wait a few months before trying it again, who knows might work then. Most retailers will not refund a game if it has been opend or used. They will exchange it for one of the same games but that is about it. (and this comes from someone who worked at wal-mart,eb games,gamestop (same company different location) target and best buy.

Why would you want your money back??!! The title screen is fun to look at and you get some really good insight and different types of plants and animals. I'll buy it from you.

If you bought a digital copy then you most likely used a debit/credit card. Contact visa/mc/discover/amex and they will give you your money back. All credit card purchases are gauranteed by the issuing company and will give you your money back for just about any reason.

1 ReplyWell, usually companies have a money back guarantee. But this is, of course, within a time frame. And with conditions. If you ordered the game from the Bungie Website(which I think you can do) then you would have to contact a customer service rep. Otherwise, bring your receipt and the game to the store you purchased it from, and see what their policy is. You can usually get in-store credit or something if it's just a few days shy of the time frame.
