Vanguard rep stopped increasing

I have been smashing bounties and strikes and notice one day that my vanguard reputation stopped at 830 (lvl 1) and not further increasing. This is annoying cause i cant access the vanguard gear. I'm able to get the marks just not the rep :(

Not sure if its the correct answer for you but i know there are limits per week on how much you can earn, same for the crucible
