Whining is ruining the game
The development aren't ruining the game at the moment we are, everyone crying and getting mad over major issues and getting things nerfed and changed. Suck it up back in the 1990's you buy a game and they never patched it and it was up to developers to do a good job and most games were amazing some were bad but most were good.
So everyone wanting shit nerfed Suck it up and stop ruining the game

I think it's funny because the people whining are still playing the game haha "Like omg this game sucks bro, I just can't seem to get any kills, but ima continue to play it for the next 5 hours." -newb If you think it's really that bad stop playing it, make it better for the people who enjoy it and go back to Call of Duty. Cheap bastards shouldn't even be playing games if you can't afford dlc.

I think some of the more feckless and bizarre whining posts where people lobby unreasonable or otherwise unusual insults with no constructive criticism should just be deleted, followed with a forum ban.

Nonsense, there was a ton of crap games back in the nineties. But we also let them get away with more because we were in awe of the new technology. Forward 25 years and video games can no longer hide behind the glow of electronic magic. We dont let it slide anymore just because we can control stuff in the TV with a controller.

2 RepliesYeah but when you got a game back in the day number it wasn't 100 dollars and number 2 it came with everything on the disc ready for you to play and adventure with. They were no server issues or connection issues you were given a video game to play and explored and be immersed in. Is that what is happening today... no its a massive money and revenue generated clearly. Have you seen the way forza is these days. I remember buying games where you raced and earned your way to unlocking cars not spending 20 dollars to unlock a bugatti and crush every race. The same case here they advertise and give you a beta to spike your interest so you spend 100 dollars and then you provide you with half a game. What game these days stops leveling at 20? None. They really thought that was a good idea if anything they should have increased the leveling to 200 exaggeration but what I'm saying the direction they should have went was include more not less. You had our attention and interested and would have kept more of us interested if you gave more than what you did.

They didn't patch because they didn't have internet connections. And as long as we're making things like the 90's you should lose all your stuff when you die and level 30's should be able to gank your level 5. Is that what you want? UO?

Second in 1990 no one had a reason to complain because you got a full game with everything intended no one complained about super mario because what the -blam!- would they add to super mario that wasn't already there and welcomed by the community. I'm sure that people have been "whining" (which i bet constructive criticism is being called this as well) since the launch of the game. However it hasn't ruined my enjoyment of the game. I've got some concerns to address with Bungie as well, but no matter how civil I make it I bet at the end of the day there will be a fanboy who comes along and thinks it's just crying. My patience towards ignorance is null. Many people have a good reason to be concerned and voice their opinions, and it's not your job to sit there and take it personal like it's your life to convince everyone that it's perfect the way it is. The way most games are released nowadays, as sad as it is, they are rushed and released unpolished, half assed, and with a lot of glitches because they know the hype will make them enough money to break even. I talked at least 4 of my friends IRL into buying the white PS4 destiny bundle, and I'm glad that it's actually turned out to be quite entertaining and all-around a pretty decent game. It's nice to finally have my friends from so many other games reunited on one game, but at the same time I realize that Destiny could be much better as well. Please do a good job with your DLCs Bungie...

1 ReplyThis, my God I hate complainers they've done the same thing to wow people bitch and complain so the dev team change the game to suit what the perceived community want (in fact it's perhaps 5% of the game population and they are also usually the first ones to jump ship when another good game comes out) and we end up with a game for 12yro's rather than the fun game we started with.
