Some people enjoy competitive crucible, however most players just want the oppurtunity to party up with more of their friends and rake on wave after waves of enemies. Story mode does not really allow this as the waves end pretty quickly. To sum this all up i believe that adding a survival mode to destiny with a [b]six player[/b] limit could drastically increase the amount of unique players as well as time spent on destiny.
