So i just purchased the Prestige IV from the New Monarchy vendor for 150 CM, but it seems that the counterbalance upgrade for it doesn't actually increase stability, the stability stayed the same as it was before the upgrade...is there anyway to report this to the development or bug team, because i kinda feel cheeted out of a week and a halfs worth of marks...
