I know I speak for the majority of the community when I say thank God they finally patched that away. Now it'll only be a short amount of time before all the useless stat-whore players fade away, and we will be left with a much more enjoyable and friendly community and player base that enjoys simply playing the game as much as we do. Who would you rather do strikes with anyway? The guy who actually enjoys the game and a challenge, or the stat-obsessed idiot that is disgruntled you can't shoot at a cave for free gear anymore? I still see all these threads mourning the loss of everyone's coveted cave, but I can't figure out what the point was. The more you play the game, the better gear you get. What would the point be of getting full gear from a cave anyway? If you don't enjoy the challenge of stories, strikes, and the crucible, then what exactly was the goal of everyone who farmed the cave? Get all the free legendary gear and then just sit there staring at it? I guess I don't understand the mindset of certain types of players who's purpose while playing is to find every possible way of avoiding actually playing the game. Here's to a better future, Guardians. Edit: WOW! There seems to be a bigger loot cave fan club on the forums than I originally anticipated! I wonder if that's because everyone who is enjoying the post-patched game is actually playing it instead of complaining?
