A True Skill Ranking System. (Please read and input your thoughts)

Intro:
If you're like me, you've probably played Halo 3, Halo 2, Call of Duty, and maybe even Gears of War. When I was in high school/middle school, I use to switch through these games regularly. One month I would be obsessed with GOW or, one month I'd love owning noobs in COD. There is just one thing that I always noticed when playing these games. I would always return to my favorite game of all time, Halo 3. Yes, I understand that Destiny is suppose to be different, but I have noticed a ton of similar things and to be honest and I love the direction Destiny is going. This type of game is new to me, since I hated WOW.
Anyways, getting to the point of this post, I would love to see a real rank or "True Ranking System" in Destiny.
The Why:
Why do I want this system implemented into Destiny?
I have a few reasons:
1) As I stated before, I always returned to Halo 3 after playing other games for a period of time. Why you might ask, well I always wanted to get that 50, wether it be on my main account or if I made another, see how few of games it took for me to accomplish this. Unlike COD, while reaching 10th prestige is nice, it doesn't take skill, it just takes time. While I agree that the system in Halo 3 wasn't perfect (at all), I still enjoyed the challenge it gave me and it always sucked me back into playing it.
2) While playing noobs is always fun and entertaining, being paired up with a nasty team not only molds you into a better player, it keeps the games close and nerve wrecking. With a proper system implemented, this would make Destiny a ton of fun AND if you wanted to play noobs, just play an unranked match (if they were to split up the game types).
3) I want the reader of this to comment with their reason into why THEY think that this would make Destiny even more spectacular.
Ok Heres the Section YOU Have Been Waiting For
How:
Here is the how. This part of my first and last Destiny essay I want to write, seeing as though I feel SO strongly about it.
In my OPINION, this is how it should be done.
This ranking will be outside of the Iron Banner type of play.
The first thing that should be done is a playlist for ranked type of games can be played. These will reflect your "True Rank" level. Another playlist that needs to be implemented is an unranked type of game, this can include a big team slayer or iron banner, these will be the fun and relaxing type of games that probably will be used for those pesky bounties of "10 Fusion Rifle Sprees".
The second way of ranking is, what the ranks will be based on. Halo 3 was all about wins, while yes its a HUGE factor on how you play, something else needs to be added to the mix. In my opinion, making the "True Rank" be based off of Wins and KD AND assist per game, this could be huge. These types of stats would make an amazing way to rank every type of player, all the way from the aggressive, high KD winners to the slower, back of the map contributors and have a moderate KD with 10+ assists.
I just want to thank anyone who read this post as for it is my first post on any type of blog, ever.
I would love to hear anyones ideas and I hope that a lot of people read this to that Bungie can get their hand on what WE have to say.
Thank you Everyone,
Love you Bungie!
