Set amount of Exotic Bounties
So, I've been lazy/underleveled and put off doing the final stage of the Thorn bounty, so it's been sitting there, taking up a slot.
Today, after turning in a Vanguard Bounty, I was given another chance to get an Exotic Weapon bounty.
However, there were only two options to choose from.
I can think of a few reasons why:
1: Each Character gets only 3 exotic bounties.
2: Because I had one live, that one still counted, so it only showed me two options out of the "three".
What do you think?

I had the same thing happen to me. Had the Bad JuJu Ebounty and was recently presented with the other two options I did not choose. I was a little bummed I didn't get new ones to choose from, but not sure why it does this. Perhaps there are only 3 Ebounties presented to each character. Random to pick the 3, but then they are locked. On the upside, both my Ebounties are in their finals stages. When I get Bad JuJu and Invective simultaneously...it's gunna be a good day.

There is 6 you were shown 2 because of taking one from that group.

Here's how I think it goes: The exotic bounties are presented in specific sets of 3. Since you already had the thron bounty active, and you were only presented with two choiced, thorn must have normaly been a part of the new set you were presented with as well. Same thing happened with me. I took the Bad Juju bounty first, buth then with my second one, there were only 2 bounties available (but googling the other two showed that the Bad Juju is presented with them) so I took the bounty for Pocket Infinity.
