Me and my fireteam were doing a QW mission and had crazy lag at places... and then we completed the mission and the enemy kept spawning and then killed us all lol. But that wasn't the worst of it... when the end screen came up, one of our team (who was a level 26 warlock) was now at level ZERO... with a zero grimoire score too. Didn't see any of this pre-patch.
