New Monarchy Level
Just wondering.. the better your rank is in the new Monarchy will you get better guns?

I got to lvl 3 and stopped to rank up Vanguard and Crucible. I feel it is like the cryptarch, that is , it doesn't serve a purpose right now. My cryptarch is lvl 16 and still sells crap gear.
