Xbox One Achievements not unlocking
I have a few achievements which I have done but they haven't unlocked for example equipping exotic gear and hitting vanguard mark weekly limit, any ideas on how to fix?

From my own experience, the achievement will unlock. It took me signing out of the game and coming back a day later to have it pop up on my screen!
