Thank you casual gaming cry babies.
I see thread after thread off complaints and how they should change the game. Everyone I chime in I get "it didn't affect you, Go away" well now it has. With the mission nerf. It wasn't that hard to begin with. But I worked at it to overcome that which was difficult. But no....boohoo, I can't do it...change it for me cause I'm a spoiled lil kid who gets what I want. /stomps foot/
Go ahead, tell me I'm just crying...But I didn't -blam!-ing get Bungie to make the game easier. N00bs.

i agree, they shouldn't have taken that stuff out.it wasn't that hard to begin with..but i have never seen anywhere on these forums someone complain that part of the game was too hard. and why are you blaming "casuals" for it?? casual gamers are gamers that have a life outside of gaming and cant devote every waking moment to the game..I fall under that classification, and i didnt ask for the change.

The game wasn't to difficult, I have done nearly everything with the exception being anything that requires above level 24. It was challenging but truthfully I enjoy challenging and just coordinated with my team to overcome that challenge.

done to make it so that you couldn't farm for items / glimmer so easily (especially sword of crota), plus it made killing 10 hive majors and ultras stupidly easy to do by playing heroic sword of crota once, getting the sword, then mashing R Trigger till it's complete.

I think Bungie did this because of Glimmer farming because they where the best missions to do it on.

Pretty much the entire population complain about things like the loot system , not being able to choose styles , matchmaking ,etc and Bungie do nothing, they dont even respond to it. Yet you think that a few people saying some missions are too hard and Bungie jump forward and nerf them to benefit the [b]players[/b]?!? really? O.o REALLY?! O.o My friend you need a [b]SERIOUS[/b] reality check bro. Its clear from release that whatever Bungie do its to benefit Bungie. Which is fine , just as long as its not all they do.

1 ReplyI agree with OP. What worries me is that this could set a precedent that could ruin the game going forward. One of the main reasons I was enjoying this game was based on how hard it is, and I think a lot of other people were as well. And I don't buy the whole "patched to address glimmer per hour/farms" crap. The game caps you at 25,000 glimmer, which is not hard to achieve.

3 RepliesI'm a casual gamer and love the game as it is. It's the hardcore gamers who have far too much time on their hands that need to shut up whining and expecting far too much. As a 'casual' gamer Destiny will keep me playing for months/years because I'm not doing everything there is to do in only 2 weeks! With DLC and weekly content it ticks all the boxes.

From what I understand, ppl were farming glimmer from majors. So they removed them.

1 ReplyI saw the patch notes and got sad. Those missions were totally doable, and didn't need nerfing. Cry babies ruin multiplayer games in general. I swear, someone gets killed once with a gun or super and they start yelling for it to get nerfed.

I don't see this as a mission difficulty nerf. My interpretation is this is a nerf to people farming hive majors and ultras on these missions. Just my two cents. :/

I like the ones that all together write off the whole game because they don't like how others play on the play ground. The game is a slight challenge and if you don't adapt to game play log off.
