So I sent this email to multiple people in bungie including the support emails. Hopefully light will be shed on the situation. Please email them the same thing! Here's what I said: You have made an excellent game, on this we all agree. I speak on behalf of all of us who have completed the raid and have ended off and finished with heavy hearts and burning eyes. We have dedicated so much time and effort into beating this great challenge and hope to see what fate has in store when we finally complete it. Well let's just say fate was a bit cruel. I see a correlation across all of the platforms, if someone dies right before atheon dies, they cannot revive and the mission will not end and cannot be restarted without having to restart the whole raid. We have the shaders achievements and stats data on the destiny app and system to prove our triumph but we long to taste the fruit of victory, or should I say "loot of victory." Yes it's true we didn't get to the mission reward screen but I'm not looking for my loot yet, I'm looking for consolation. All of us on the other end of destiny are wondering, will this be resolved and will we be compensated? Before anything else, we need hope. Is there any hope for us or will destiny's "darkness" consume that along with the rest of humanity. Im sorry I know I sound corny, but with all sincerity we need your help. We love this game and don't want to be forsaken by it.
