It seems that the account (my friend's) were not linked to his character, as seen on the link attached. He is already a member of our clan, but it is strange that his character cannot be viewed from his profile.
Please help.

Ok I guess we have found the problem. The tick for "Display on Public Profile" under the "Linked account" settings was unticked. Seems working now! :) Thanks guys!!

The most common cause of this is that he may be signed in through a different authentication than his XBL/PSN account profile. You can follow the steps in this thread to correct the issue. Let us know if you're having trouble!

He needs to sign into the app with his psn or xbl account so they link.

Edited by Mouren: 9/22/2014 4:09:53 AMHe has to link his Bungie.net account to the same Microsoft LIVE account he uses for XBox Live. If the LIVE account is tied to a different Bungie account or the Bungie account is tied to a different LIVE account he'll have to either use the Bungie account tied to the correct LIVE account or create a new Bungie account to tie the correct LIVE account to. Changing a Bungie.net Account Username You're still required to login under a unique username, but you can now change your Display Name. To manage your identity, access your Profile at Bungie.net, and select About Me from the Settings menu. Linking an Account If you are having trouble linking an account that is reported to already be in use, sign into that account, add another login (Microsoft, Google, Facebook, or the PlayStation Network). Sign out then into the second login. Then, unlink the original login, and sign out of all accounts. You should then be able to sign in to the original account and link the preferred login.
