how to stop the loot cave farming
Walk into the cave. Sit down in the cave so enemies can't spawn. Go to lunch

However, griefing people and hindering them from enjoying the game the way they want to is questionable behavior. You worry about [i]you[/i] and don't litter the forums. If I encounter an ass like you in my game, I only have to go into the building I came out of, to where you go down two stairs, I then turn around and get a NEW INSTANCE of the loot cave where you never existed. You are nothing but a two minute annoyance. Sort of like how you were conceived.

I am still not understanding why this conversation keeps going. Loot farming does not affect anyone. If people want to do it let them. I don't, too boring for me. Would rather do strikes and bounties. If others want to so be it. Leave them to it. They are not hurting your game experience, you are by worrying about it and wasting your time trying to stop it. Get over it already. Let this thread die already.

Griefing is against the terms of service by the way, and by sitting in the cave you are in violation of said terms. Just a friendly warning.

Then get reported by others until Bungie's hand is forced against you for being a jerk and banning will eventually happen.

4 RepliesDid you ever consider that if you sit in the cave to "stop loot cave farming" you actually hamper the other lower level players who need to complete that mission, and thus need the spawns? did you ever consider that those same low level players actually get the credit for that mission if they join the group farming and kill some of those spawn, then move on to the next part of the mission? but if you sit there, you actually hamper (1) the cave farmers, and (2) the lower level players who are trying to complete that mission. so... how is "trying to stop loot cave farming" working for you now.... and see what i did there, i took an argument the "cave defenders" used, cause they are really not bright enough to think their own arguments through to the logical conclusions.... just sayin

I wish somebody would make a "How to not pay attention to the loot cave" thread because seriously, all you -blam!-ers have to do is do what i do, don't pay attention to it, not like it -blam!-s up your life now, is it?

How you stop someone from harassing a farmer: report them, this will work longer than sitting in the cave and be more of a pain in the bum. Especially since the farmer can report you, leave the area and go back to the cave and your gone.

1 ReplyAnd while you're at lunch, "the enemy is moving against each other" will appear on the screen, you'll be dead, and farmers will go back to farming after they don't revive you.

Or you know you could not be a complete f*cking a**hole and let people do what they want to get decent gear, sorry you would rather play the aweful PVP or grind the same boring a** strikes over and over again to never get anything other than a rare engram as a reward. When Bungie fixes the RNG so that a Lvl 1 Dreg doesn't have the same chance to drop a Legendary Engram as a Lvl 28 Strike Boss less people will farm.
