we need six player co-op...
We need six player co-op for... Well for everything. It really sucks when we have to decide out group so we can all do patrols and other stuff. Doing PvP and VoG is the only time we get to put the whole collective together. I don't even care if u make it to where we have to amp up the difficulty so we can play with six people to squad. We welcome the challenge!

There is a proposal up that you might be interested in under the title Factions Expanded here in the feedback section that presents a PVE/PvP event within its outline. This would provide just what you and others like us are looking for with requests such as this and I welcome you to pop over and read through it. The PVE/PvP part is a secondary post under this title due to the detail of the initial presentation and the limitations of the posts here. What is presented is a blend between PVE and PvP in a special event that has rotating and randome (we know how much Bungie loves random) goals each time the event is entered. I agree. the raid is 6 player PvE, but for now that is the only option. There needs to be more and at lower levels as well.

This needs to happen! I am sick of having four to five players in my group, only to be forced to kick a few so we can do our bounties and some strikes. Worried about stressing out the servers? Make it available to only people in the same clan. This will force people to join a clan and be more social and work together!

3 RepliesI like the idea of having the ability of having more players in my fire team. I do understand that during the missions of strikes it might not be feasible to do based on how the game is designed. I don't see any problem with being able to do it at least for patrol, and maybe the weekly nightfall strike. Now the reason I aadded in the Weekly Nightfall Strike is not because I think that it is to hard with only three players. The reason is I can see the Nightfall Strike as a good place for teams to start building upon each other to gear up for the Raids. I think it would be nice to have a couple of places where a team of six could go and start to get a good mesh with each other before a raid, and without having to go to PvP. I would say that as far as difficulty is concerned I could take it either way. I know the patrol has to stay at the same level sinec anyone can go to it at any time and you don't want to try to have 4-6 different difficulties for patrol. It would weed the world out to much and you might end up being the only ones in the game. The weekly Nightfall stike is hard. LvL 28 I don't see much of a reason for that to change either, The Raid starts at Lvl 26 for six man team. Anyway I do like the idea of being able to get a larger fireteam if not for everything then at least some of the PvE world.

They should allow any combination 1 through 6 And based on the numbers in your group the harder the mission We like many others have a group of 4 so one is always left out

Day One of playing, I had 10+ people on my friends list wanting to play this together. I see other people on the server, why can't we choose those player slots to be filled with friends? Sadly, lack of being able to play with more than two friends, forcing players to play game modes they don't like to get exotic weapons, and decreasing engram drops in PvE are killing all the fun for me.

Bungie, we're begging. How can there be a social environment when we can only interact with a very small group of people?

6 RepliesWhat happens to the people who like to solo a campaign? 6x add hard? Bungie can't just cater to a minority. The game was made for 1-3 men. Anything above that would be ridiculously easy.

4 Repliesthe more players, the harder the enemy. and while they are at it, matchmaking for all strikes (incl daily, weekly and raid). i work 72 hour days..i dont have time to find people online to play strikes with.

5 RepliesAt least for patrol mode they do. Strikes and story missions are designed around 3 player teams. It would take a major overhaul to rework the strikes and story missions They aren't that hard for 3 man teams.

We so need this!! Makes me laugh on the Venus strike when there's 4 pikes and only 3 of us? Nice one bungie :/ At least give us 6 player fire teams for the patrol. So often at least one of my friends is left out :( and when you leave a fire team to go 2 teams of 2 it boots you to orbit? Wth?

I completely agree. I have a core group of friends I've played with for years and was sorely disappointed when we all got the game at the same time only to discover it was limited to 3 man fireteams. We have to split up our teams now and have an odd man out regularly.

4 RepliesHaving a few more people able to play together while we slog through the door defense simulator you call Strike playlists is needed! It'd make us not quit in disgust when we get the moon strike for the third time in a row. Don't "buff" anything, the monsters already have ridiculous health at the lvl 20+ level as it is!

Yeah and we need to be able to join a public co-op fireteam without having to be invited. I should be able to go to orbit select tge mission and than search for other players randomly

It should be at least 4. What other games have 3 player coop? It's unheard of. Coop should be in pairs, so 2 player, 4 player, 6, etc.
