When turning on your Xbox One from low power mode, if Destiny was running when you turned the console off, the game will not have any audio when you full-screen it from the dash board. It's an easy fix, all you have to do us quit out of the game from the dashboard, but it's a minor bug/inconvenience that should be looked into and fixed in the next patch.
