Fastest way to upgrade weapons?

When you complete bounties, make sure you have the weapon you want to be levelled up equipped. And when you hand in completed bounties all the XP from them go into the weapons and all equipment that is currently equipped. I found this the fastest way to Lvl my gear. - KobezKai Lvl 28 Hunter
