To All the People Who Think Farming is Cheating

It has no impact on you in anyway, quit complaining. Learn to realise that it's actually part of the game. Farming has always been and will always apart of MMOs and RPGs, whether you console scrubs like it or not. Destiny isn't your average arcade shooter and if you're going to come bitch and complain because people are playing the game they choose to play and not your way, than you are clearly playing the wrong game .

I think you fail to understand the opposing argument: spawn area for the cave is 1/3 of the map and players must remain outside the spawn area for enemies to continuously spawn. They stay in one place and only move their reticle to correct the kick back from their weapons. For this pathetic amount of effort they exert they are rewarded with plenty of engrams on average to make the spot the best in the game. Let's not forget that players who exploit the spawn area on Earth also max out quickly with Glimmer. This means they can level Cryptarch in two ways: through decoding what they find in the cave after spending an hour or so killing tunnel spawns and by buying engrams from Cryptarch.

14 RepliesI don't think its cheating, I think its pathetic, games are meant to be played to have fun, not turn into a job to increase some number, all for a shallow bragging right you never really earned.

No one hates farming, but lootcave gives you too much legendary engrams. Just sit and wait, after 10 hours, you got 1-5 legendaries :) Sit a little more and you have exotic primary weapon :) This system is gamebreaking and it destroys PvE(No Raids, they have own gear) entirely. Blue engrams are ok. :)
