Does light increase if you fully upgrade an exotic piece of armor
I saw some pieces of exotic armor with 30 light instead of the 21 they normally have. How do you increase the light rating?

Yeah, as Fawkzi said, I've been stuck at 24 for a couple of days, finally farmed enough Helium to level my Chest piece and I was +25! Now I need to go find relic iron... lots and lots of relic iron... ;)
