Lost connection to partner services.

Starting about 5 minutes ago, I have been recieving a "Lost Connection to partner services" message, I was helping my friends complete the weekly strike when I got disconnected. Now, whenever I try to get off of the starting screen to choose my character, it's giving me that message. Anyone know what's causing it, or even better, how to fix it? EDIT: I am now having trouble accessing the website. Keeps coming up "Something weird occured" when I try to load pages. Every other website is fine.
