Exo agent of the nine
He is the guy who will sell you exotic weapons and armor for strange coins or a exotic engram for moots of light and other rare stuff but he spawns in random locations every weekend so I'm making this post so people can post where he spawned each weekend this weekend he spawned near the speaker right in front of the big door hope this helps
