Blue chests on Mars?
I was playing the mission on Mars were you go into the underground city. There is a spot to the left before you enter the building and you come across a few heavy baddies. I thought it was the entrance to the building but I was wrong. After defeating them I noticed there was a blue chest in there. I went to open it and it wouldn't open. I held down the x button and the meter filled up to about 90% and it wouldn't unlock.
Anyone else come across this or blue chests?
Is this a special chest like the gold chest?
I'm pretty sure the normal loot chest on Mars look the same as the loot chests on other planet but I could be wrong
At the time I was a level 21 titan if that is at relevant.

It's just a normal loot chest, sometimes they have a different look than others, but it's just a normal loot chest for the area. I've seen standard, Fallen and I -THINK- Cabal styled chests, the Fallen ones mostly on Earth and a little on the moon in spawn cave / rooms, and the Cabal chests around Mars areas. They really aren't special so far as being something like the Golden Chests.

4 RepliesI have seen chests spawn facing the wall before... And you can only open them from the front... Are you sure you weren't just stuck trying to open it from the back?
