SORT YOUR SERVERS OUT BUNGIE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
After that update it has been ridiculous I've been disconnecting from crucible every 2 minutes can not complete a game, now during the raid I can't even stay in the game for 2 minutes you really need to sort your shit out BUNGIE I'm sick of it or else I'm getting a refund the problem is 100% on your side, it's an amazing game but I just cannot deal with these disconnects it's driving me insane!!!!

2 RepliesWe are aware there are some players that are not having a quality experience getting or staying connected to Destiny, even after following the troubleshooting steps. Either your modem/router needs updating, your ISP is throttling your streaming capabilities or you're running a wireless connection. Wireless is spotty at best and certainly not suitable for games that need a persistent online connection, especially if you console is not even in the same room. Fix your setup and call your ISP. Your crappy connection is not Bungie's fault. Sorry mates.

It would be nice if someone at Bungie at least acknowledged the problem, and that they're working on solving it. As it stands, it just feels like I'll never be able to play the game without hanging up in the middle of something.

I have to say this game is probably the only one I've where considered rage quitting and abandoning bungie over.... when it works its great. but it doesn't work. bungie quit ignoring the people who keep you in business. fix this ducking shizz. 1 Replyhave the same problems as everyone else,, no problems the first week but now it is hard to get online when I do get a link and have just got to the near the end of a strike I get kicked off. I have no problems with other games when will you sort this out. Do I have to play during the early hours of the morning as I do not have any connection links then but there are not many people online then and I thought this was an online game

Man tell me about it, I can't get a decent game running with all this bee/vulture/cattle/centipede... crap popping up every second and kicking me out of the fire-team or the stupid level. If you head to the help page, they f***ing say you need to open these ports blah blah blah, so ok I spend a good 1 hour opening ports, testing them and allocating them to the f***ing xbox live services (which never complained for ALL other game and applications) and yet no good result. Seriously Bungie, the only good thing you had going on was Microsoft Studios that made Halo what it is, and when you introduce your new stupid IP (which by the way is bad a duplicate of any MMO out there and has not one new feature developed by you guys) you can't even provide decent servers in this day and age ? FFS I'M USING A FIBER OPT 1GB CONNECTION YOU LAZY DEVELOPERS.

1 ReplySame here fellow guardians. I love the game but now since yesterday I am starting to get the stream of endless disconnects and being kicked back to orbit regardless of what I am doing. It has made Destiny on my XB1 unplayable until this is fixed. I am an IT on top of that and I am pretty tight on my network in the house so I know for sure its not on my end and Bungie needs post some updates. All we wanna do is play your game Bungie.

Same here. First week was fine, but suddenlymI have no chance to stay in a game for the duration of a strike. I have wired my PS4, rebioted the router, locked IP... No luck. Only this game has issues. BUNGIE you have to fix this!!!

In the middle of the week I also started getting all sorts of networking errors. I don't remember having any internet issues ever and still play other games without any trouble. I love this game and this is very depressing that I can't spend the weekend as I want. I can't even properly investigate, whether the issue is with bungie or with my internet provider. It's a shame I cannot find customer support on bungie website (which should be obligatory for every game service), so that a specialist could investigate the source of issue. My internet provider claims there are no issues on his side, so could someone give me advice: what information should be gathered and delivered to Internet provider, so their specialists could make any conclusions (some packet loss tests / winmtr)? Thank you in advance.

I'm returning my copy after too many disconnects since launch I've done everything I can with my network and ports with my ps3. It is not worth the headache anymore, thanks but no thanks bungie.

This is like the 1000th time it disconnects me from a strike I cant even complete missions on my own it continues to disconnect me. Its so annoying its ridiculous.

5 RepliesNO its your internet connections, I swear, that's why bungie isn't commenting about any of it. YOu know because you cant stay connected to their "Fantastic" servers, but you manage to stay fully connected to parties, and xbox live. SO you need to correct your network configurations.. and keep trying the same stupid thing over and over again. I thought Bf4 was frustrating when it came out, but this is just ridiculous. HOw can you launch a game like this with the SAME problems that the beta had? Its almost like BF4 all over again.
