Here is my idea for a trade system. Non traditional. =It is a daily system that would initiate trades at a certain time daily. =You would deposit an item into a vault, there would be a limit of items you could deposit per day/week/??? =There would be a fee of some sort, that makes it worthwhile, but enough so that people don't flip everything they find. =You can trade any weapon or armor, but the item you receive will be similar (Same rarity, same level, overlapping light amounts) =After you accept the deposit of the item, you must wait until the end of the trade time to access the terminal. =Once the trade time arrives, the trade god will review everyones items, and find suitable trades (the player doesn't choose the trade). =Players who have participated in a trade would have a notification at the tower, notifying them they may return to trade vault to retrieve their item. =People who weren't found a suitable trade will receive their original item back, plus their fee. This would give people a viable option to get rid of items for other classes, and to optimize their armor for their play style, while still maintaining fairness because of the rarirty and level locks, and because its random, you won't have people getting things they didn't earn. The fee and restriction per day would make it so that people can't just trade everything away. The way to make this work, would be if bungie could nail down the right fee, and restrictions on the trades. What do you guys think?
