I ranked up my Cryptard level to rank 8, and accepted the package, inside contained a God of War shader, and a weapon + leg armor engram. I decrypted them both to be astonished to find a Patience and Time Exotic sniper rifle along side some useless legendary boots for the hunter. (I'm a titan.) I've never wielded a weapon above rare, so I'm happy the Cryptard gave me something good besides blue weapons I've got a million times.
