Sunsinger or Voidwalker?
My question is... Which do you think is better? Sunsinger for a slightly support based class, or Voidwalker, the default subclass that provides extreme firepower? First, think of it as the Warlock himself, then, say, as a member of the fire team. It really depends, doesn't it? You can discuss other preferred sub-classes here too, ie: Gunslinger and Blade Dancer (Hunter) and Striker and Protector. (Titan)

Sunslinger is ridiculously fun when you have increased cooldowns and just go into grenade throwing rage. The best part is, with a coordinated fireteam, the whole team gets to toss out grenades like beads at mardi-gras. Don't get me wrong, vortexes of death are neat too, but personally, I find lots of grenades more fun.

It's all depending what style, sunsinger is built for pve, self revives, helping boost your team, and so forth. Void is more pvp, more crowed control, damage, draining life to keep you Alive and so on, if you want message me and I'll give you details how to set up both.

I have fully leveled Voidwalker, and I am almost complete with Sunsinger. I think that the one that is "better" depends on what you are trying to accomplish. (PUNCHING) Do you need Void or Solar damage for shielded enemies? Are you running solo or on a team? Are you trying to get postmortem PVP kills? Are you trying to get to a chest that makes blink the better movement choice? Do you have an Exotic that buffs one subclass or the other? Do you have cool gear that goes better with Purple or Orange? What color do you want your Space Magic tai-chi PUNCHES to be? Personally, I like Sunsinger for when I am patrolling by myself because Radiance does so many things at once, all while you carry on PUNCHING.

I actually like both, after trying both out I plan to have an exotic piece of armor for both subclasses. So if I want to voidwalker one day I just put my exotic on for voidwalking and if I decide the other day I'd like to Sunsinger I will sunsinging for that day putting on the exotic that meets that subclass. Both subclasses are good why not roll the one you are feeling for that day :D

It's really based on play style I myself use blade dancer because I prefer to rush and melee does that get me killed? Yes a whole lot but sunsingers are good as a support role to boost health or whatever if said warlock isn't a strong player and sits back a little more then a Titan doing a slam or blade dancer, it's the same as a Titan using protector instead of the smash it's all based on how you play and how confident you are playing
